What’s included in a typical package?
Each package includes race tickets, hotel accommodation, airport and track transfers, and an on-site F1 host. Specific inclusions may vary slightly by destination, so check each race page for full details.
Can I customise my package?
Depending on availability we may be able to tailor elements of the booking, from changes to transfers to hotel extentions. Let us know when you're after when you enquire.
Are flights included?
We don’t currently include flights in our packages. However, we’re happy to recommend options and guide your arrival and departure timing to align with the event schedule.
Is this suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely. Many of our guests attend solo. You’ll still receive full support, and we often find our race weekends naturally bring like-minded fans together. As pricing is based on twin-share hotel rooms, it is likely the price of the package will be increased slightly.
Do you offer corporate or group packages?
Yes — corporate hosting is one of our specialties. Whether it's entertaining clients or rewarding staff, we can design an experience that fits your goals and group size.
When will I receive my tickets and itinerary?
Final race documents are usually issued 1–2 weeks before the event. You’ll receive a full itinerary, digital tickets (or physical if applicable), and access to your host for support.
What is the payment process? Do I need to pay a deposit?
To confirm your booking, we typically require a 40% deposit upfront, with the balance due closer to the event (usually 6–8 weeks out). For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal and invoice.
